## Set up your business [#set-up-your-business]

<Steps>
  <Step>
    ### Check the merchant and mode [#check-the-merchant-and-mode]

    If you belong to more than one business, use the merchant selector beside the MolnPay name to choose the one you want. Check whether it says **Test** or **Live** before creating invoices or deposit addresses. The mode belongs to the merchant; it is not a display preference.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    ### Add your business details [#add-your-business-details]

    Open **Settings → Business profile**. Set the trading name and website your customers should recognize. See [Business profile and domain](/help-center/business-profile).
  </Step>

  <Step>
    ### Secure your account [#secure-your-account]

    Open **Settings → Security** and add a passkey or enroll an authenticator. A second factor is required for withdrawals and changes to withdrawal addresses. See [Secure your account](/help-center/security).
  </Step>

  <Step>
    ### Check your plan and networks [#check-your-plan-and-networks]

    For a live merchant, review **Settings → Plan & billing** and fund the prepaid fee balance. Open **Wallets → Networks & coins** to see supported coins and select the networks for customer deposit addresses.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    ### Choose how to receive payments [#choose-how-to-receive-payments]

    For a payment link you can share, [create an invoice](/help-center/invoices). To issue a deposit address for each of your own customers, start with the [wallet API quickstart](/start/quickstart).
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Need a hand? [#need-a-hand]

Open **Help → Support tickets** in the dashboard. A person at MolnPay reads each ticket, and replies appear in the dashboard and by email. [How to contact support](/help-center/support).
