# Withdraw and transfer funds (/help-center/withdrawals)

The **Money** menu groups the actions that move funds. Before starting, choose the correct merchant and check the coin, network, and wallet you are using.

## Save your withdrawal destination [#save-your-withdrawal-destination]

Open **Money → Withdrawal addresses** to see the destinations your own wallet can send to. Add a
recognizable label and the exact network and address. Confirm the change with your second factor.
New addresses become usable **24 hours after they are added**; the row shows the usable time while
you wait.

## Prepare a withdrawal [#prepare-a-withdrawal]

<Steps>
  <Step>
    ### Add a withdrawal address [#add-a-withdrawal-address]

    Open **Money → Withdrawal addresses**. Add the destination using the exact network and address you intend to use. Follow the second-factor confirmation for an address change.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    ### Open Withdraw [#open-withdraw]

    Choose **Money → Withdraw**, select a coin and approved destination, then enter the amount. This screen sends funds from your own wallet.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    ### Review and confirm [#review-and-confirm]

    Review the destination, network, amount, and quoted fees. Confirm with your passkey or authenticator when requested. Follow the withdrawal in its history after submitting.
  </Step>
</Steps>

A request being accepted is different from the transaction completing. Use the displayed status and transaction details to follow its progress. Some withdrawals may require staff review.

## Own wallet and service wallet [#own-wallet-and-service-wallet]

Your **own wallet** holds your business's funds for deposits, swaps, and withdrawals. Your **service wallet** supports the customer wallet service. Use **Money → Transfer** to move funds between the two as the screen permits.

Customer liabilities still apply: the asset table's **Owed to customers** and **Surplus** columns help you understand what backs your customers' balances. [Understand balances](/help-center/balances).

## Swap coins [#swap-coins]

Open **Money → Swap** to choose the source and destination coins. Review the quote, route, and fees before confirming. Available routes and amounts come from the screen; do not assume every pair can be exchanged.

## Why an action is unavailable [#why-an-action-is-unavailable]

Check that you have a usable balance, the relevant network and asset are enabled, and your role allows the operation. For withdrawals or address changes, [enroll a second factor](/help-center/security).

The prepaid fee balance is non-refundable credit and cannot be withdrawn as wallet funds. [Plans and fee balance](/help-center/billing).
