Plans and your fee balance
Find your plan, top up service credit, and understand what activates live payments.
Open Settings → Plan & billing to review your plan and its current charges. The account can share one billing plan and fee balance across several merchants; check which businesses use it before changing anything.
What the fee balance pays for
The prepaid fee balance pays MolnPay's service fees. It is separate from the crypto holdings shown in the asset table and from your own wallet.

Top up fees
Choose Top up fees from Money → Balances. Follow the coin, network, and deposit instructions on that screen, then allow the transfer to confirm. Return to the balance card to check that the fee credit arrived.

Prepaid fee credit is non-refundable. Confirm that you are on the fee top-up screen when that is what you intend to fund.
Go live
Live invoices require an active plan and a funded fee balance. If you see Plan not active or Top up needed, follow the message on Plan & billing to complete the outstanding step.
Going live is a property of the merchant. Existing test payments stay test payments. Select the wallet-service networks you intend to use and rehearse your integration before accepting real payments.
Understand your allowance
Read the plan's current details for network allowances, team seats, history, and feature access. The network and team screens show any extra costs before you make those changes.
If a fee credit has not appeared, collect the transaction hash, coin, network, and the top-up destination, then contact support.
