Secure your account

Add a passkey or authenticator so you can confirm withdrawals and protect your account.

A passkey can confirm a withdrawal with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN. This is a sample account.

Add a passkey

In the Passkeys row, choose the add action and follow your browser or device prompts. Your passkey can use a fingerprint, face, or device PIN. A passkey for MolnPay works on the real dashboard domain.

Add a second passkey on another device, or enroll an authenticator, so losing one device does not leave you without a confirmation method.

Enroll an authenticator

If you have no authenticator enrolled, choose Enrol in the Authenticator app row. Follow the setup instructions with your authenticator and complete the code confirmation. Save any recovery information shown during enrollment.

The authenticator supplies the six-digit code requested at sign-in and can confirm a withdrawal when a passkey is unavailable.

Before withdrawing

A second factor is required for withdrawals and changes to withdrawal addresses. With neither a passkey nor an authenticator, those actions are paused. Enroll one before starting a withdrawal.

Password and session controls

Some password and session controls are currently disabled on this screen. To reset your password, use Forgot your password? from the sign-in page. A disabled control is not an action you can complete there yet.

If you cannot access any enrolled factor, contact support. Do not send support an authenticator code, recovery code, password, or API token.
